About us in brief
The system has been in development since 2006. From a simple invoice generator it has grown into a full enterprise management system.
Having spent our working lives on programming and new technology, we have built a fast, smart, good-looking system. It does not add headaches for management, accountants and other staff — it helps get the work done, cuts personnel costs and raises efficiency.
A little history:
1999
We start getting to know the internet
Computers were still very expensive, only the richest companies could afford servers, and the internet ran over a dial-up modem. The first website appears, and with it the understanding that the internet is our future.
2006 — ADMIN
The first automatic invoice-generation subsystem
To issue an invoice for services, a Latvian business owner then — and now — faces an unenviable choice: buy an expensive accounting package with a specially trained accountant, or do it in Excel. What if you must produce a hundred invoices every month? And what if the billing period changes — 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, or even once a year? That is how our first product was born: an invoice generator we called Admin.
2014 — SYS
Latvia switches to the euro; we switch to a new system
Even though the new SYS that was meant to replace old ADMIN was not 100% finished, we switched. Old ADMIN was a single-currency, old-style program that had to go anyway. The new system was ten times faster, used 2012-era technology, and the functionality had grown several times over.
2019 — SYS7
Today we have the fastest management system for small and medium businesses that the market can offer.
SYS7 is a fully JavaScript web application that uses the latest technology in your computers and phones. It is fast. Its future possibilities are unlimited.
