The site-plans subsystem has several aims:
- visualise the volume and area of work,
- visualise the work and the completion process,
- mark inventory positions on the territory,
- plan the work process.
This subsystem was built so our clients have a powerful, flexible tool with which we can visualise how their staff work, plan the completion of jobs and the placement of materials and inventory at the customer site, and present completed or planned work to the customer.
Our site-plans subsystem can be adapted as far as possible to any industry that can use site plans or any other images on which you can place markers — not only to show where each described point is, but also to attach extra dialogue elements to each point, for data entry and for extra display — both statistics and analysis.
The client can upload both topographic plans of sites and point images, which can then be placed anywhere on the plan with a mouse click and saved.
Each point can trigger various actions: for example, in a security company it can show patrol visits; in a pest-control company it can show rodent activity at bait stations or insect activity at insect lamps.
The site-plans subsystem is very flexible and lets any company adapt to IT-industry innovations in its own business.
If you have ideas for developing your company in an IT direction in this age of comprehensive digitisation, we will be glad to hear them and help put them into practice.
Please fill in the contact form and we will get in touch.
