SYS7

Employee database

SYS7 has a well-developed service-sales side. Every service sold is tied to an employee, and employees are managed in the employee module. You can attach not only services to an employee, but also sites (customers) that become that employee’s field of work.

The employee module offers the following functions:

  1. employee data management:
    1. surname
    2. first name
    3. personal identity number
    4. ID document number
    5. document issue date
    6. next document check or renewal date
    7. address
    8. phone number
    9. mobile number
    10. hired
    11. dismissed
    12. office or technical staff
    13. pay:
      1. hourly rate
      2. fixed salary
  2. employee database view
    1. employee list
    2. filter by employee
      1. active / inactive (dismissed)
      2. technical staff (who take part in service operations at the customer — on site)
      3. assigned / not assigned to a given customer
  3. technical staff work at the customer site (visits)
  4. linking employees to customer sites, visit planning, visit calendar
  5. managing extra (out-of-schedule) visits (customer call-outs)

Out-of-schedule visits, or call-outs, come in two kinds — either the customer placed them automatically through the service website, or an office employee took a service request from an incoming phone call. All call-outs arrive to the assigned technician in the mobile app, and the technician decides independently when the visit will happen (everything depends on the contract terms, which are also visible in the app).
