Data analysis and reports

Leave data processing to us and forget that you can forget anything!

A rather dramatic heading for something as pragmatic as processing and analysing statistical data.

Statistics are the basis of all analysis and forecasts. The more modules you connect, the more ways you have to accumulate data so it can be processed later.

Why do you need statistics, data analysis and forecasts?

The goal of every business is not only to earn but also to grow, because that is the only way to stay competitive and win or recapture a market. Those who do not develop their company, who do not increase turnover and profit, fall behind those who do — and as a result they do not “stand still”, they regress.

We have built several tools that make analysis easier, visualise and filter data accumulated over time. The data accumulates by itself, unless for some reason you have chosen a different business-development tactic.

For example, something as ordinary as a service turnover report in SYS7 lets you:

  1. see a turnover summary with counterparties for a given period
  2. see detailed turnover per delivery note/invoice with each counterparty
  3. group turnover by time period
  4. compare turnover across several periods and see growth or decline — both as a percentage and in money

The goods turnover report, on top of the figures in the service turnover report, also shows each product’s weighted average price (so you can value warehouse stock at period end).

If you attach industries to the company, you also get a report of each industry’s percentage share across all customers.

To analyse debtors and creditors the invoice module is enough, because it has all the filter options you need. And if we remember that all data from the invoice register can be exported to Excel, your finance director or marketing expert will not need anything else.

These are only the basic modules every company needs every day. The capabilities of our data-processing engine are almost unlimited, because we are used to working with large data sets (Big Data).

The reports module goes hand in hand with the document-template module, so you can produce good-looking documents if you need to print them. Read about the document subsystem here.

If numbers, tables and other data are not enough, and you need to show a customer the work done on their premises or in their rooms, our site-plans subsystem is useful.
