SYS7

Pricing

As you can read on the home page and elsewhere, this product is not a piece of meat you can sell by the kilogram. If you need more, you can weigh more; if not, less. Every company has its own priorities and its own specifics. So we always start by establishing needs, and only then agree the scope of use.

SYS7 is modular — some modules can be switched on, others off. There are also modules without which the system, or part of it, stops working. One of those is the user module, which holds not only user information but access rights. Logically, if you switch off access rights, nothing works.

Core modules:

  1. User
  2. Menu
  3. User rights
  4. System messages
  5. Internal feedback

Links will be marked in the text below; each module is placed in square brackets. The links show module dependencies. The top-left module is the most important. For example, if you switch off the customer module, using the rest of the system makes no sense because the other modules stop working. If you switch off the invoice module, only the customer database remains. If you switch off the goods module, cash flow and service sales remain. It sounds complicated, but once you get used to it, it is clear.

[Customers]->[Invoice module]->[Cash flow]/[Goods module]

[Cash flow]->[services]->[service turnover report]/[comparative turnover report]

[Goods module]->[Warehouse accounting]->[warehouse stock]->[goods turnover report]/[goods sales report]

[Goods module]->[Goods groups]/[Goods structure]/[Manufacturers]

So how modules relate to each other is now clear. Next — what do you pay for when you use the system?

  1. first, modules
  2. second, system load. The estimate includes:
    1. approximate document turnover per month
    2. number of system users (not login names, but real people working at the same time)
  3. third, region. Why? There are cases where we need to travel to consult and train your staff on site.

If you have other questions, please write to us and we will reply.

The prices shown on the service-provider and trader pages assume a company with up to 5 users working in the system at once and document turnover of up to 30 documents a day (1,000 a month). If those numbers are considerably higher, and/or over time it turns out that the load is larger than planned, prices will be reviewed and we will agree again. Our aim is not to sell a poor product at a high price, but to develop the system so that it is an excellent assistant for entrepreneurs in every sector of the economy.

In Latvia it is customary to name a price first and then see how well it pays for itself. We go the other way — first we talk to the client. Then we let them work with it. And the client themselves will say how much they need this system and what they will pay for it.

If you want to try the system, “touch” it and test it, please use this link: https://sys7.eu/en/setup

It is a dedicated application so that a client can leave their details and we can get to know you a little before communication starts.
